Always keeping focused on the future, C.D.E. has been involved in green building and sustainable construction practices in the New York City area since their rise to the forefront.

C.D.E. has completed several LEED certified projects.  These include the LEED Platinum certified Bushwick Inlet Park Community Center, which utilizes a complex geothermal well system, heat pumps, energy recovery, radiant heat and a green roof.  Throughout the construction of the project, stringent indoor air quality (IAQ) requirements were adhered to.  This project was named to the AIA COTE Top 10 list for 2014.
