C.D.E.'s corporate culture is one where safety for all employees, subcontractors and other contractors is paramount. C.D.E. believes that all contractors must work together to ensure a safe work environment. A safe work site is an accomplishment of the entire project team.
All of C.D.E.'s project management and field forces have received a minimum of 10 hours of OSHA safety training, while several have participated in OSHA programs of up to 30 hours. All project managers have also received either 7 or 40 hours of Site Safety Manager certification and are registered Construction Superintendents with the NYC Department of Buildings.
